Happy Saturday Everyone,
Well, we are going back to summer here in New York! We are having some really warm days. I am so looking forward to the Fall that is crisp and requires a sweater. I am tired of sweating!
Anywho...I made this Halloween treat box to put me in the mood for Fall. I followed this week's sketch up at Unscripted Sketches. I love when I can "re-purpose" something and here I was able to do just that! This is a box, by K & Co., that held chipboard letters. I used the letters up over a year ago, but I couldn't throw out the box -- it is so sturdy and has a nice plastic insert in the cover to see what goodies are held inside.
The image is one of the $1.00 clear stamps from Studio G called Soloz. I really like these more than the original $1.00 stamps we have been buying the past few years. These are much larger...more room to color!! Which I did with copics. I gave her eyes and hat a coat of Diamond Glaze and added Stickles to her dress.

This box is fabulous! What a fantastic idea to repurpose the box. Love it!!
This is such a great repurpose idea, and, such an adorable candy, Marcy! Perfect ribbon, too!
What a great candy holder!! Just found your site and you have some really wonderful projects!
This is gorgeous, and is so not helping the chocolate hankering I have right now.....with absolutely no choccys in the house. Eeeek. Great take on the sketch! :)
