Sunday, March 29

Hi All. Here is a scrapbook page I made for my neice, Kelly. These bathing beauties are my Great Nephews Shane & Ethan. Shane is now 2 and Ethan is just 3 months old. These brothers looked exactly alike when they were born. This layout theme speaks for itself...

Here is the card I made for The Cuttlebug Spot challenge #23. We double embossed this week - using one embossing folder and then running it through the Cuttlebug again with a different folder. It flattens out the original pattern, but you can still see it after you run it through again with the second pattern. It is a nice technique and I will try it again with the cool new Sizzix embossing folder sets I bought at work the other day.

Springtime challenge

This week over at The Cuttlebug Spot our challenge is to make anything with a Spring theme.

I am still feverishly working on the wedding photos and all the other photos I took of my family while we were in Florida. These are my beautiful Great Nephews Shane & Ethan. You will see a lot of projects coming up soon featuring these two adorable brothers.

The headline was all cut with Cricut using DS. Carts include Cuttin' Up and Calligraphy. The flowers are Cuttlebug dies.

The Wedding Was Awesome

We had a wonderful time at our son's wedding. I took over 1,000 pictures and the "real" photographer took almost 3,000! I will be scrapping for a loooooong time.

Here are a few of photos of the happy couple. Aren't my kids beautiful?!?
This is my DS, DH and me right before the ceremony.

This card is the first project I've made since coming home. It is for the challange over at The Cuttlebug Spot. There are so many new DT members, so go check them out, if you haven't already.

I just fell in love with the DCWV Le Creme stack and bought loads of it before the wedding. Since the wedding colors were black and ivory, I couldn't resist. I hope you like these patterns too, cause I intend to make my album (and all the ones my family members have requested!) using all these delicious papers.
