I used the adorable image, Mousey Valentine, from Dearie Dolls Digi Stamps.
I think she is just adorable.
After coloring her with Copics, I cut the image out using my Nestabilities Scalloped Ovals. I distressed and inked all the edges of the card. Wanting it to be really girlie, I added loads of flowers, ribbon, lace and bling. I hope you like it as much as I do.
